Konnector Training
This course teaches Pilates instructors and movement professionals the Konnect Method of full-body integration and noticeably stronger core activation. If you and your clients are looking to expand your Reformer Pilates experience, Konnector is it.
The course provides attendees with hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of the innovative single-rope system. Students will learn the unique movement possibilities the Konnector provides, from basic techniques to advanced exercise patterns, equipment setup, maintenance and safety.

Pilates Mat 1 Instructor Training
Pilates Mat 1 Instructor Training
Mat 1 forms the foundation of the Pilates method. This course includes an introduction to the history and principles of the Pilates method and the beginning and intermediate level exercises. Each exercise includes training on modifications, challenges, the purpose of the exercise and any precautions for injuries and special populations. How to design and teach group classes and guidelines for teaching seniors and pre and post–natal classes are included.

This course teaches beginner to intermediate level exercises and how to use them to treat a range of common injuries including lower back pain, hip and knee pain, and shoulder injuries. Topics covered include safe use of the equipment, patient set up, regressing, progressing and modifying exercises and clinical case studies to help you put the concepts into practice. 1-Day Trapeze Table Fundamentals for Rehabilitation Professionals
It is believed that Joseph Pilates created the Trapeze Table (Cadillac) to assist in moving patients that were in hospital beds. Whether legend or fact, the Trapeze table (Cadillac) is a unique and rich movement environment which can support and enhance patient recovery and development of exercise based programs. This course is an introduction to Cadillac exercises and includes regressions for active rehabilitation, and progressions for post-rehabilitation and advanced wellness. This training is appropriate for clinics with Half Trapeze (Tower) and Wall Tower as well as full Cadillacs. Includes equipment set up, clinical applications and safety.

Pilates Mat 3: Enhanced Mat + Props
Enhanced Pilates Mat completes the Mat training by adding rings, rollers, bands and balls to the traditional Mat exercises. In addition, Enhanced Mat includes functional exercises for the upper and lower body expanding the Mat work beyond the core to develop whole body strength and flexibility. Reformer 2 Instructor Training
Reformer 2 expands the potential of the Reformer with intermediate and advanced exercises and includes associated safety protocols and modifications. Reformer 2 also explores programs designed for specific populations including pre and post–natal clients, clients with osteoporosis, and clients with lower back issues. CoreAlign® 2 - Progressions for Rehabilitation Professionals
CoreAlign® 2 builds on the exercises learned in CoreAlign® 1 to expand the rehabilitation professional’s ability to create customized exercise programs for patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Progressions of several foundational exercises, including plank work, standing, and gait exercises, are included to help patients move from rehabilitation to real life in a safe and effective environment. In addition, training techniques using CoreAlign® rotator discs and variable directions of resistance are explored to expand your understanding of the CoreAlign® system. Completing both CoreAlign® 1 and 2 satisfies the course requirements for the Balanced Body CoreAlign® instructor training program. After completing the two courses, students may apply to take both a written and practical exam to earn the designation of a Qualified CoreAlign® Instructor.

CoreAlign® Hip Rehabilitation Workshop Q&A
This interactive workshop is designed to help CoreAlign® teachers deepen their use of this amazing piece of equipment. A basic knowledge of CoreAlign set-up, use and safety is required.
The improvements in hip mobility, strength, and control clients can achieve using the CoreAlign® are unparalleled. This workshop will take a deep dive into common issues we see at the hip and explore how to use the machine to help us figure out the cause of these dysfunctions and help us better intervene to make changes. This is geared towards therapy providers and will focus on breaking down movements into smaller chunks then building them back into the whole vs advanced repertoire.

CoreAlign® Rotator Disk Workshop Q&A
This interactive workshop is designed to help CoreAlign® teachers deepen their use of this amazing piece of equipment. A basic knowledge of CoreAlign set-up, use and safety is required.
The rotator disks are great tools to go deeper into your CoreAlign® repertoire and have fun breaking free from the rigidness of the tracks. This 2 hour workshop will introduce you to the versatility and functionality of the rotator disks, both traditional and resistance based. We'll explore how to use disks to dig deeper into trunk integration work and offer challenges to established movement patterns.
