Positioning and Propping for success on the reformer for new teachers

This fun workshop is designed to help students and new teachers explore strategies to prop and support clients with varying needs on the reformer.  We’ll address common issues such as kneeing, weight bearing through the arms, lying prone and supine.  We’ll also explore adjustments possible to the reformer to make exercises more accessible to your clients.
