It is believed that Joseph Pilates created the Trapeze Table (Cadillac) to assist in moving patients that were in hospital beds. Whether legend or fact, the Trapeze table (Cadillac) is a unique and rich movement environment which can support and enhance patient recovery and development of exercise based programs. This course is an introduction to Cadillac exercises and includes regressions for active rehabilitation, and progressions for post-rehabilitation and advanced wellness. This training is appropriate for clinics with Half Trapeze (Tower) and Wall Tower as well as full Cadillacs. Includes equipment set up, clinical applications and safety.
