Ski Conditioning Workshop
6 week Ski Conditioning Workshop
Are you counting down the days until the snow falls like we are? Do you want to hit the slopes this year with your body in its best shape? If your answers are yes, reserve your spot in our 6 week ski conditioning workshop.
Mondays will be led by Carrie and will focus on ski specific exercises on the CoreAlign®, Exo Chair and MOTR®. Class will be circuit style and will focus on building leg strength, endurance, balance and agility.
Wednesdays will be led by our guest instructor, Lexy, who will focus on who's focus will be on finding balance through connecting core engagement with standing strength. To ski well our legs need to be independently strong (think single leg exercises), and we need good control of our center of mass. This group class format will begin with a concise mat core segment and will transition through a variety of body positions and exercises, evolving into standing strength and balance work.
Only 8 spots are up for grabs so claim yours now! This program is open to both current and new clients. New clients will be asked to attend a free orientation session on Monday, September 30th from 6-7pm to review safety and the equipment that will be used during class.
Carrie and Lexy will have you swishing down the mountain with a smile.
