CoreAlign® 2: Progressions for Rehabilitation Professionals
This course will expand on your ability to create customized exercise programs for patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Progressions of several foundational exercises including plank work, standing, and gait exercises are included to help patients move from rehabilitation to real life in a safe and effective environment. Training techniques using CoreAlign rotator discs and variable directions of resistance are also explored as part of the CoreAlign system.

These courses are intended for rehabilitation professionals who already are licensed in another health care field such as physical or occupational therapy, chiropractic, nursing, etc. They focus more on clinical applications than our standard courses and do not spend as much time reviewing and teaching basic anatomy or fitness programming.
