It’s that time of year again and I’m excited to share some of my favorite holiday recipes with you all. This one is simple to make, pretty to look at, and tastes delicious! The roasted fennel is a game changing ingredient. Make sure to avoid the extra large ones you sometimes see in the store. The mid-size ones are more flavorful! I also like to splurge on the champagne vinegar but white wine will work just as well.
