From the beginning, Joseph Pilates used his Universal Reformer as a rehabilitation tool. This course teaches beginner to intermediate level exercises and how to use them to treat a range of common injuries including lower back pain, hip and knee pain, and shoulder injuries. Topics covered include safe use of the equipment, patient set up, regressing, progressing and modifying exercises and clinical case studies to help you put the concepts into practice.
