CoreAlign®: Incorporating Strength and HIIT principles

If you looking for ways to build intensity in your CoreAlign® classes, this is the workshop for you. We’ll work on incorporating some fun interval training as well as apply some strength training principles to your current repertoire. This course is appropriate for anyone who is already comfortable with basic CoreAlign exercises and safety. As a bonus, all attendees will receive access to a pre-recorded CoreAlign workout!
Course is pre-approved for 3 CECs from NCPT
1. Students will learn/review the core principles related to strength training.
2. Students will understand the differences between HIIT, VIIT, and Tabata training
3. Students will apply principles of strength training to CoreAlign.
4. Students will apply HIIT and Tabata training to a CoreAlign workout.
