CoreAlign® 2: Progressions

CoreAlign® 2 builds on repertoire learned in CoreAlign® 1: Foundations. This class will help develop your understanding of the CoreAlign apparatus and build confidence in planning a classes and private sessions. We will explore new repertoire, play with rotator disks, and resistance direction. While CA 1 is a pre-requisite you do not need to have mastered all of the exercises prior to taking this course.
This class is offered in-person and online. Online students must have access to a CoreAlign® and Zoom to participate.
