CoreAlign 2 builds on the exercises learned in CoreAlign 1 to expand the rehabilitation professional’s ability to create customized exercise programs for patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Progressions of several foundational exercises including plank work, standing, and gait exercises are included to help patients move from rehabilitation to real life in a safe and effective environment. In addition, training techniques using CoreAlign rotator discs and variable directions of resistance are explored to expand your understanding of the CoreAlign system. Completion of both CoreAlign 1 and 2 satisfies the course requirements for the Balanced Body CoreAlign instructor training program. Following completion of the two courses, students may apply to take both a written and practical exam to earn the designation of a Qualified CoreAlign® Instructor.
