CoreAlign® 1: Foundations for Rehab Professionals

Designed by clinicians who use CoreAlign as an essential part of their practice, this course provides you with a range of tools for working with your clients. Beginning with essential core and lumbopelvic stabilization exercises, the course introduces functional progressions for gait, squatting and lunging, reaching and lifting, and integrating whole body movement. This course is designed to help any movement practitioner quickly identify a client’s functional limitations and help them regain optimum health through whole body movement. This 16-hour gateway course can be taken as a stand-alone workshop or as part of the Balanced Body CoreAlign® instructor training program.
