All clients are encouraged to self-monitor for any symptoms of illness. If you’re unsure – please stay home. No late cancellation charges will apply when a class is cancelled due to a suspected illness. For the latest on COVID-19 symptoms, please refer to the CDC website.

Clients who learn they may have been exposed to COVID-19 are asked to let staff know as soon as possible so we take take the necessary steps to notify others.

Our front door will be propped open when possible to promote air flow.

Each open space and each treatment room is equipped with an air purifier that circulates the room air every 12-15 minutes and includes a HEPA filter.

Every client is asked to wash or sanitize their hands upon entering the studio. Clients will also be temperature-screened upon entering.

We are working as a team to frequently wipe down all equipment and high touch areas. Please help us by following the directions given by your instructor before and after class.

We are offering the option for all clients to purchase their own props to store at the studio for use in class including small balls, rings, foam rollers and reformer towels. Please inquire for further details.

If we become aware of any possible exposure, we will contact clients immediately and make adjustments to clinic operations as needed.
