Ashley grew up with the Colorado passion for a healthy and active lifestyle. She was first introduced to Pilates while working at an athletic club. She enjoyed the exercise and the difference it made in her body, but it wasn’t until a car accident that she developed a deeper appreciation for the healing benefits of Pilates. It was then that she realized that Pilates isn’t just a form of exercise but also a way to rehab from past injuries and to find muscular and structural balance to avoid future injuries. Ashley completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body in 2015.
She has since continued her education by completing courses in anatomy, MOTR, and Bodhi Suspension System, and also tested to become a Fully-Qualified CoreAlign Instructor. She loves sharing her knowledge and watching it translate to more efficient movement for her clients.
Ashley shares her life with her loving husband and sweet baby boy. Together they love hiking, coffee dates, travel, and adventures big and small.
