I love to move and have been teaching movement all my working life. My involvement in physical training, international coaching and movement education spans almost 50 years. The scope includes programming for mentally/physically challenged children and adults, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, Modern Dance and motor learning in most sports (especially Skiing, Gymnastics, Tennis and Luge).
As Director of Education in a Connecticut psychiatric hospital and Team Manager for the Canadian Junior Luge Olympic Development Team I learned how one perceives their body and its abilities. I also learned that this can predict both their future and their body’s future.
I know through Physical/Mental training your body will learn healthy movement patterns that will prolong your shelf-life!
